The Texas Cafe serves breakfast and lunch out of a suite on North Eastman Road in Longview. The menu leans into Texas comfort cooking, including breakfast skillets, chicken fried steak, and chicken tenders with homemade cream gravy.
It is a Longview Chamber of Commerce member, and the chamber hosted a ribbon cutting for the cafe in February 2026, so it is one of the newer independent spots in town. The chamber lists hours as Monday through Saturday 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., closed 3 to 5 p.m. for prep, and Sunday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
