Coffee Mill

Coffee Mill opened in 1994 and is described as Longview's first specialty coffee shop. It operates out of a double drive-thru building on Gilmer Road and has been pouring for more than thirty years. The drink menu covers espresso, cold brew, lattes, pour-overs, dessert coffees, organic herbal teas, smoothies, protein shakes, frappes, and chai, with more than 50 gourmet flavor add-ins and from-scratch hot chocolate. On the food side there are bagels, muffins, pastries, scones, and cinnamon rolls.
