The Son Rise School

The Son Rise School is a faith-based childcare and early learning center at 6539 FM 2011 in Longview, positioned to serve families in Longview, Kilgore and Tatum. The school says it cares for children from six weeks through 12 years and offers after-school and summer care in addition to full-day programs, with age groupings for infants and babies, toddlers, pre-K and school-age children. According to the school, it holds a 4-Star Texas Rising Star certification, is certified by Texas School Ready, employs certified and trained teachers and uses a faith-based curriculum. The school also lists nutritious meals, affordable tuition and available financial aid, and it invites families to come tour the center before deciding. The Son Rise School operates a sister campus, ABC Son Shine School, in the Pine Tree area of west Longview, so families on either side of town have an option under the same umbrella.
