Safety Council of East Texas

The Safety Council of East Texas is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based on Garland Street in south Longview that works to reduce workplace injuries and illnesses through education, training and resources. It provides safety training classes that satisfy regulatory requirements, plus background check services for employers. Membership benefits include discounted training fees and access to an annual safety awards program, and both in-office and online training are available. The organization is a Longview Chamber of Commerce member.
