Pho Vietnamese Restaurant sits just off downtown and does what its name promises — noodle soups and traditional Vietnamese dishes, dine-in or to go. Hours are lunch-forward: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, closed Sunday.
