Longview Housing Authority

The Longview Housing Authority administers federally funded rental assistance for qualified families in privately owned rental housing, working out of 1202 North Sixth Street. Its programs are funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the agency operates under the City of Longview with an advisory commission that does long-range planning and advises City Council on housing and community development. Programs listed by LHA include the Housing Choice Voucher Program, a Home Ownership Program, Family Self Sufficiency, Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing and Foster Youth to Independence.
