Ki Mexico ETX is a downtown Longview kitchen serving what it calls eclectic Mexican food, or Mexican soul food. The operation runs out of the Greenside Beverage Co. space on North Green Street.
It is a newer addition to the downtown Longview food scene and a Longview Chamber of Commerce member. Menus and daily updates go up on its Facebook page.
