Jucy's Hamburgers

Restaurants & Cafés Serving Longview since 1980 Debbie Maxey

About

Jucy's Hamburgers began in 1980 when Longview native Ronny Maxey bought a diner called The Spur at 816 W. Marshall Ave. That original store still anchors the business, which has grown into an East Texas chain with locations in Longview, Tyler, Marshall, Gilmer, Henderson, Carthage, Palestine, Lindale, Whitehouse, and White Oak. Beef is ground in-store daily, and the menu covers breakfast, burgers, fries, onion rings, beans, and steaks. Readers of Texas Highways magazine voted Jucy's the best burger in Texas in 2015. The company is still run by the Maxey family and offers catering, a banquet room, and a student scholarship program.
