It'll Do Deli is a family-owned deli on West Marshall Avenue, run by Kevin and Julie since 2009. Their slogan, "Where the Locals go," sums up the menu of grilled paninis, cold sandwiches, wraps, salads, chicken and tuna salad, soups, gumbo, quesadillas, smoothies, and frozen yogurt.
There's indoor and outdoor seating plus a drive-thru for quick orders, and the deli has been featured in Texas Monthly, Texas Highways, Culture Trip, the Longview News-Journal, Charm Magazine, and Pine Tree Living Magazine, along with a KLTV-7 News Blue Ribbon Award. It's open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., closed on weekends.
