Grind & Shine

Grind & Shine is the espresso and coffee bar inside Longview Mall, serving smoothies, fresh juice, organic coffee and loaded teas. It is a small counter operation in a high-traffic spot, and it consistently turns up near the top of local juice bar and smoothie lists. The menu covers a wide range for such a compact footprint: espresso drinks and organic coffee on one end, blended smoothies and cold-pressed-style juices in the middle, and the nutrition teas and loaded teas that have become a fixture of East Texas drink culture on the other. Longview Mall's own social accounts have featured the shop and its custom drinks, which is a fair sign of how woven in it is at that location. If you are walking the mall, shopping with kids, or just need something cold that is not a soda, it is the most convenient stop under that roof.
