About
D.O.R.S. — Developing Opportunities Realizing Success — is a youth transition center in Longview serving at-risk and homeless young people ages 15 to 25. The organization partners with more than 20 area agencies to connect youth with the resources they actually need, from housing to recovery support.
One of its programs, Operation: Turnaround, works with young people trying to meet the conditions of probation, offering support and guidance rather than just oversight. For a city Longview's size, having a dedicated hub like this fills a real gap.
