Braum's

Longview got its first Braum's in November 2025, and the city showed up for it — the grand opening week ran November 17-23 with scratch-off prizes and free ice cream for kids. The store at 3069 N. Eastman Road is a big one: over 6,000 square feet with a Fresh Market section, indoor seating for about 75 people, a covered patio, and double drive-thru lanes. Braum's has been an Oklahoma-based favorite for burgers and hand-dipped ice cream for generations, and Longview is now on the map with its own location. Two more Braum's stores have been reported as planned for the city.
