The Event Center on Alpine

The Event Center on Alpine was built in 2009 and opened to the public in 2010. It holds up to 280 guests and works just as well for smaller gatherings in the 40 to 100 range, sitting near Loop 281 and Highway 259 on Alpine Road. Rental rates include tables and chairs — with setup handled for up to 184 people — a catering kitchen, a professional sound system, a built-in video projector and wide screen, a chandelier, and dimmable LED lighting. Rates are quoted by the number of hours guests are present, with additional access before and after for decorating, and a $500 holding deposit secures a date. The building has a covered drive, one-level flooring, wide glass doors, and lit concrete parking.
