Team 515 is Longview's MMA and jiu jitsu academy, on East Tyler Street, teaching Brazilian jiu jitsu, mixed martial arts, Muay Thai and boxing for kids, teens and adults. It is home to UFC fighters Derrick Krantz and Kevin Aguilar, and the gym counts more than 54 pro and amateur titles.
The first class is free, memberships are month-to-month with no contracts, and day-one beginners do not spar. Classes run evenings Monday through Friday.
