Summer Green Apartments is a one- and two-bedroom apartment community on East Hawkins Parkway, just off Loop 281 and close to Longview Mall, restaurants, and shopping. It's managed by Monarch Investment and Management Group and is an equal housing opportunity community. Amenities are aimed squarely at families: two resort-style swimming pools plus a separate Tot-Spot pool, a playground, a basketball court, a fitness center, and lush landscaping. The community is pet-friendly, so residents don't have to choose between a place to live and the dog. The leasing office is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with in-person, self-guided, and virtual tours available. A separate emergency maintenance line is published for after-hours issues.
