Rich's Machinery Co.

Rich's Machinery Co. is a full-service machine shop at 5158 W Loop 281 S in Longview, handling CNC and manual machining, welding and fabrication for jobs of any size, from one-off repair parts to long production runs. The family business goes back to 1972, when founders C.E. Richardson and his son Terre started out refurbishing and leasing machine tools. After C.E. passed in 1982 and the oil industry turned down, Terre put those machines to work building the machine shop instead. Terre's sons Seane and Steven joined the business in 2002 and took over as owners in 2012, making them the third generation. The shop sits on 10 acres with five buildings totaling roughly 35,000 square feet.
