Resolute Addiction and Behavioral Health

Resolute Addiction and Behavioral Health, located at 319 Industrial Drive in Longview, provides outpatient mental health and addiction care, including psychiatric medication management and medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder. It was founded in 2019 by Jeremiah Sanders, APRN, PMHNP-BC. What started as a small private practice has grown into a clinic supporting patients across a wide radius of East Texas, including Tyler and Texarkana, with a team that now includes additional providers and a licensed professional counselor.
