RCB Gardens

A family-run garden center at 4238 E. Highway 80, where Loop 281 meets U.S. 80. Robert and Cathy Page took over the nursery from previous owner John Hutto in April 2017 and run it with their daughter Brenna — RCB stands for Robert, Cathy and Brenna, and also for "Really Cool Botanicals." They stock houseplants, succulents, bedding plants, trees and shrubs, tropicals, sod, garden accessories and gifts, plus locally grown produce in season. The old "Merry Christmas Texas" dinosaur sign that once stood at Loop 281 and I-20 now hangs over one of the greenhouses, and folks stop in just to photograph it. Open 8 to 6 Monday through Friday, 8 to 4 Saturday, closed Sunday.
