Phine is a salon and spa on Pegues Place in Longview, owned by stylist Chelsea Ferguson, who has more than 17 years in the craft. Her stated goal for Phine was a calm, inspiring space where clients could slow down for a bit. The team includes stylists SaraLyn Kientz, Stephanie Holloway, Karson Lott and Sarah Buttram, esthetician Amanda Green, and certified color consultant and makeup artist Kara Chairez.
