Nolan Properties

Nolan Properties is a full-service real estate brokerage on Gilmer Road in Longview, founded in 2020 by broker Scott Nolan. An East Texas native, Nolan built the firm alongside his daughters with the goal of a locally owned brokerage rooted in the community. The team works across land, waterfront, residential, luxury, commercial and investment property throughout the Greater East Texas area. Scott Nolan is also a licensed Texas auctioneer, having trained at the Missouri Auction School in 2016, so the firm handles auction services for land, ranch, recreational and commercial properties in addition to traditional listings.
