Mundt Music of Longview

Mundt Music of Longview is a full-line music store at 2312 Judson Road, owned and operated by Clark and Becky Mundt. The family business started in Tyler in 1965 under Robert and Mary Mundt; the Longview store opened downtown in 1971 and moved to its current Judson Road home in 1981. The showroom carries guitars, amps and effects, drums and percussion, pianos and keyboards, band and orchestra instruments, live sound gear, stage lighting and sheet music, and the store offers music lessons as well. In 1998 Mundt added an audio and video contracting division, led by David Gilbert, that designs and installs sound and video systems for businesses, schools, churches and homes across East Texas.
