LiamTek is Longview's go-to shop for computer and IT repair, based at 707 N High St. Owner Liam Tidwell and his team fix desktops, laptops and just about anything else with a circuit board, with an emphasis on fast, honest turnaround and no geek-speak. Liam started the business in April 2011 after moving to Longview from Idaho, where he had already run his own repair shop. Before that he spent over a decade as a combat medic in the Army National Guard, including an 18-month deployment to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom III, which is part of why LiamTek is proud to be veteran-owned. The shop is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with emergency calls available outside those hours.
