Heard, McElroy & Vestal — Longview

This Judson Road accounting office traces back to 1977, when Curtis and Rose Blakely founded Curtis Blakely & Co., P.C. in Longview. For more than 40 years the firm provided auditing, accounting, tax and consulting services to individuals and businesses across East Texas. Effective January 1, 2023, Curtis Blakely & Co. merged with Shreveport-based Heard, McElroy & Vestal, LLC, and the Longview office now operates under the HMV name at the same address and phone. HMV managing partner Roy Prestwood said the merger grew out of a long-standing relationship and gave the firm's East Texas clients increased local support. Blake W. Lackey, CPA, who was president of Curtis Blakely, and Conrad B. Deller, CPA both carried over to HMV. Note that the old cbandco.com domain is no longer controlled by the firm.
