FRESH by Brookshire's

FRESH by Brookshire's opened in Longview in November 2025 at the end of the Fourth Street extension, becoming the third FRESH store in the East Texas-based Brookshire's family. At 66,000 square feet it is built as a destination market — natural and organic groceries, a sushi counter, a Mexican taqueria bar, brick-oven pizza, chef-prepared food, gelato, and an artisan bakery, plus an outdoor patio with a stage for live music and a playground. It is a step up from a standard grocery run, and it gave Longview shoppers a genuinely new kind of store rather than just another supermarket. The soft opening ran the evening of November 11, 2025, with a grand opening ceremony the next morning.
