Faith Automotive

Faith Automotive is a family-owned repair shop on West Marshall Avenue operating under the motto "Serving People, Servicing Vehicles." The business traces back to Frank Flores and his Lobo Tire shop, and the Faith Automotive name came out of a rebranding decision made in October 2022. Frank's children Johnathan Flores and Victoria Flores now serve as CEO and office manager. The shop cites more than 50 years of combined automotive experience across its team. Faith handles general mechanical repair — transmissions, exhaust, alignments, diagnostics — but does not do paint and body work. It uses digital vehicle inspections, texting customers photos and video of what is going on with their vehicle, and offers no-interest same-as-cash financing plus rides to and from home or work. Tire brands carried include Michelin, BFGoodrich, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Continental, Hankook, Pirelli, Toyo, and Nitto. The shop serves Longview, Kilgore, White Oak, Marshall, and Henderson.
