Crossing Creeks Country Club is the rebirth of the old Oak Forest Country Club, which closed in 2021 after a fire. Taylor Carter and his business bought the property in 2022, renamed it, and brought it back, with the clubhouse reopening covered in the Longview News-Journal.
The club has an 18-hole, par-72 course designed by Don January that originally opened in 1976, plus twelve dedicated outdoor pickleball courts, two tennis courts and a pool. There is a restaurant called the 19th Hole, a lounge and a pro shop on site. Membership is required for court and course access.
